ShipFast uses Crisp for the support button if it has been setup else it defaults to using the support email in /config.ts.

  • Create a Crisp account
  • Create a new website and copy the website ID. You can find it in the Integrations menu, in the HTML option. It’s called CRISP_WEBSITE_ID.
  • Paste your Crisp website ID in crisp.id in the /config.ts file.
